The team comprises Consultant and Specialty Registrar, Clinical Nurse Specialists, Education and Pathway Facilitator, Occupational and Physiotherapists. The team is able to assist with symptom management, complex discharge planning and provide psychological support. The Team is available from 08.30am to 4.30pm Monday to Friday, excluding Bank Holidays. Out of hours advice is available from the on-call medical team at Compton Hospice |
